OnslaughtSpecials2 is great .. you can set HP repair time, repair multiplicator and so on.

I think so, too.
You could copie an actor to notepad and than back into the map with changes. We used to use that when we wanted to have stacking relics.

Actually:
On a map you could use Crushas vehicle factory to spawn protect it for a certain time which is editable.
As a serveractor there is one which is healing a vehicle when it's locked with a certain among of HP in time.

I don't think you can increase MOTD time either. We aren't using the RSS feed. Maybe we should pick a server test time and just post up and see if we can get enough commits for human players. Maybe Saturday late afternoon/early evening (US Eastern time), or if there's another time that works better...

There was a mutator that could redirect players to another server, but I forgot what it's called. I asked pigled from miasma, he send me that: This is a simple thing that checks the server every few seconds and pushes people to another place.
