Less likely for them to be able to duck and miss, also helps if the terrain is slightly hilly where you may fly over them. When cruising around in a manta and considering running over infantry, press the alt fire (smash) long before you get to them. If the ground is flat you won't lose any speed, and they'll be far less likely to hear you coming.

I think reducing damage/healing would be better than increasing the interval between smashes. I use that feature all the time as a way to navigate the thing. It'd be weird to have that altered.

The recharge time on some of those is pretty frustrating. So many ways you can toy with that. My first thought was that it could easily get OP since the shield could basically act like a wall. I believe the Omega was added to this map by association anyway... Like this map was literally just a way to test the new link tanks and the Omega was thrown in because we happened to be nerfing it at the time.

Would it be foolish to replace it with some other kind of powerful tank? Classic Mino or Ballista? Something that can take a node pretty quickly but takes a minute to get in position.
