Re: Fix the scoring?

Perhaps the problem is that nodes build themselves. If they required constant charging until constructed it would prevent more of this "touch and go" stuff. I tried touch and go last night for the first time on Arctic Randomizer. My team lost and we had a good roster. What I noticed was, ...

Re: Too many mismatched files

Is it possible to have two UT installs? One for playing cached files. Download the latest automictically to the cache and the other have all your favorite maps + packages installed for offline play. Update your offline install at your leisure. I'll throw this out there. But what if there were a desi...

Re: 1st or 2nd person point-of-view?

In a vehicle Im always in behind view. I setup my middle mouse button to toggle views. I can then scroll with the wheel to zoom out further and see whats around a corner etc. If Im on foot, I switch to first person.

Re: ONS-AlienHop-Flooded

Pooty I noticed a small issue. The cables from some of the bridges are higher than the ground. Some are sunk into the ground. But the ones that are above cause some vehicles to get hung up. The goliath type, cobra and pal do alright driving over the cables but other vehicles get snagged. Maybe we ca...

Re: Why UT2004 over UT3?

Movement. If I recall UT3 removed the ability to dodge and double jump & combinations of. The game felt console optimized. The graphics and new weapons and sounds are excellent. I recall some people not liking the flare from the weapon fire saying it was too distracting. I was indifferent on tha...

Re: ONS-Pistola

I noticed on GoliathV2 that one of the nodes is really short. I'm not sure what trickery this is but it seemed like the pistola center node could use it. Its an OnsNodeSpecial... I just updated the center node with this one and viola! That was a damn good idea!!! WTG my man. Download here That will...
