Re: ONS-HomeSweetHome Randomizer
Eh, adding OP vehicles everywhere is not a good solution. I've always complained about the 1-2 power vehicles that run the map. Nautikal grabs their mino, and Hector grabs yours. gg, might as well pack up and go home. One vehicle should not run the map, it's not fair to the rest of the players. But ...

Re: Random Server Crashes..
I was looking at logs on Thursday and noticed there was a crash also when DJ was voted. It was the same error from ClanManager. Maybe we should use the newer 7T or 1g_fix version?
ClanManager1h_7T
ClanManager1g_fix
And yes LAA might help if there is some mod leaking memory.

Re: 64-Bit as a client....
First, you need to verify under load. benchmark.ut2 ut2004.exe benchmark.ut2 When map loads, run 'stat fps' in console. Do not move the camera or mouse. Then try again with 64 bit ut2004-win64.exe benchmark.ut2 To get max fps, I set every setting in display settings to the lowest value. If you don't...

Fix client crashes with LAA patch
For anyone using the standard 32-bit binary (UT2004.exe), you must use the program below to enable the "Large Address Aware" flag in the executable to be able to use greater than 2GB address space. The server has gotten heavier in the last few years so it's not uncommon to see people cras...

Re: Updated Server Rule Excessive Cheating Accusations
Nothing has changed. This rule could really use some enforcement.

Re: Misc Map Changes Thread..for little glitches and annoyances...
it has limited range though. That makes it pretty weak on maps like junkyard and dria. Based on other mechs its damage should be 36, so yeah 45 was too much. I tried to make the mechs all 4x regular damage (they are 4x tall). 45 for linkatron was 5x. At 25 it's 2.777x. Maybe that's ok since linkgun ...

Re: Misc Map Changes Thread..for little glitches and annoyances...
We'll see. It might be ok. I do agree with nerfing all the vehicles, but I feel that Linkatron wasn't broken. HSH-Randomizer is. This nerf will probably make Linkatron suck on every other map.

If you use 64bit, it uses a separate thread for rendering. Totally worth it.

Re: Bio Hound Omni
Once you are used to it, W and D for zoom in/out is superior! I regret trying to standardize them all to right mouse button. While you are editing this thing, make sure dynamic lights are off for the bio globs. That will save some fps. I saw some players complain of fps drops last night. My fps stay...
