Changes

- Fix 'extra' menu button, which has stuff for widescreen fix and damage indicators. It was hidden underneath 'emotes' button. oops

I'm also probably going to add some respawning weak vehicles in the core
I think doing this ruins the whole idea.

I think what we want is Level.Game.CanEnterVehicle(Vehicle, Controller) Controller being the driver of the DropShip. You are checking the vehicle you are picking up, not the dropship.
