Maybe but when you're trying to work as team and someone deliberately ignores it do to their own thing hurting your team, I think it's fine to tell them they "Are a fucking idiot". I agree there's a line between gameplay and personal attacks...to me what I just mentioned is more gameplay vs. a true personal insult. But point taken, we should be pretty specific about what's upsetting vs. just namecalling.
