I'm confident it's going to need nerfing, but waiting until everybody complains about enyo/leon/xexx/sanka murdering them in it. It's the only flyer I can consistently kill leon with muhaha. It should probably have 200 hp so one avril kills it, and make boost weaker also so It's harder to escape avrils.

No, that's the Reaper. The Arbiter looks like the Guppy Bomber, but I think with a silvery skin and some black trim. Alt fire is a rail gun, lol.

There's also the GPolice Venom/Havoc which sometimes people think of them as helicopters with no blades. Reaper does have blades (although maybe they don't render always?)
