Alternate Game Modes For Small Server Numbers

I removed the VCTF-Foosball map. I renamed it so if we want it back it's easy to.

It's pretty terrible. Anemic weapon selection and shitty pickup locations. The best weapon is shock which is hidden in the corner. It's really easy to camp the shock pickup with mantas and road rage everyone. If we want to get players to like other game modes this is not the map to do it with.

Yeah I think when we set it up, that was the only VCTF map I had (I was going to turn it into an ONS map)..
