Found this gem searching for a particular ini setting online. Just a Google doc with tons of good info on advanced setup recommendations for UT2k4, all in one place. I've only skimmed it so far, but looks to be mostly accurate and highly informative. Updated in 2021, it has lots of info about running better on Windows 10 too, so it may help some people with game issues, like Provert. No idea who made this, someone named xios.
