Find the OmnipotentS server via OpenSpy Master Server

I have updated the server to point to/list on both Epic and OpenSpy master servers.

Once Epic finishes screwing us and shutting down their servers you must use OpenSpy

Good news is the Server currently points to both, meaning if you're using the legacy epic servers you'll see us! If you've made the above switch, you'll see us.

I also have the OpenSpyInfo mutator that if your client/game has the epic servers as the masters (which die on January 24th), this will autoconfigure your client to point to the OpenSpy ones.

UT4 (Unreal Alpha) is dead also. It sits at a loading screen "Receiving Title Update..." but nothing actually updates and there is no network activity for 30 minutes now.

I was hoping I could still at least play it offline.
