I used to be really good at FPS games when I was younger, but over the last 20 years I've come to recognize I'm gradually becoming more and more unsteady, and it's hard to hold my hands in midair without a slight involuntary wobble. Appears to be some sort of neurodegenerative problem. It has gradually become more difficult to do precision mouse moves in games, and the more under stress I am the worse my precision gets.

So at age 47 now, I generally accept that I suck vs the younger generations and I can't really do these FPS competition games anymore. I now mostly do low stress multiplayer support roles like supply chain management in Factorio Fish Defender.

I'm just hoping this doesn't devolve into Parkinson's disease by the time I'm 60 or so.

Hey welcome. I wouldn't worry about age, I think a lot of people on this server are where you're at.

Like Pooty said, there's plenty of help you can do in-game still if you want to take a swing at it. This server's gameplay has become mostly about strategy, being in the right place at the right time, and using powerful vehicles that don't necessarily require great aim. It's definitely not a deathmatch server where everyone's dishing out headshots left and right.
