Maybe add the "flying" boost to the Bomb Mech and the Armor Mech (especially). Those should be able to get in close quickly...they aren't too good at range. (You can kind of arc grenades (works well on Torlan)) but that's hard to do.

I have the dodge jump animations implemented already, but not dodge jump. I was thinking about adding dodge jump to armortron as a way to get in closer. I guess bombotron should have it too.

snipertron is the only mech body that has a spot for jet flames to come out. It's just graphics and not really needed, but that's why it's the only one with jump jets.

Changes

- Fix bug where Snipertron did full damage for secondary arcs. secondary arcs now do 50% damage
- Fix bug where mechs took 3x damage from snipertron
- fix bug where mechs took 5x damage from snipertron headshot
- restore 280 base damage

Actually, the bio mech looks like it has a couple of pipe looking things sticking out its back that could serve as jet boosters. Bio mech definitely needs a booster, maybe similar to snipertron.

Would be cool if you could make armortron do a normal fast dodge jump, it could knock tanks and levis around with the shield.

Thanks for fixing the snipertron, that thing was way OP relative to the rest.

oops
Snipertron is still a bit OP, I had 100 kills with it on HSH last night! It can still take out most flyers with one shot (or two) and the other mechs still are no match for it.

- Add dodge and dodge jump
- fix numerous animation glitches (there are still plenty)
- fix snipertron emitters littering the map
- adjust thrusters and mech collision so they stand closer to ground
- add hit animations

What a pain! I had dodge working but it didn't work online. After weeks of trying to make dodge work, I had to complete redo the whole thing from a different starting point.

I'll look at getting loaded on the server. Not looking forward to some players having the ability to dodge in snipertron or shockatron.
