January vehicle nerfs

Pooty mentioned in some other threads about tweaking some of the vehicles, so here they are. These are all nerfs.

CSSpankBadger_1.1.zip

CSPallasV2.1.zip


Changes -

Dropship:
increase primary fire interval from 0.5 to 0.75
decrease missile lock range from 15000 to 10000

Dropship, Predator, Reaper:
Make homing missiles only home on vehicles not players

Spank Badger:
increase primary fire interval from 0.5 to 0.75

Pallas:
replace laser turrets with ppc turrets. Pallas now has no air defenses when deployed.

Cool I think these make sense.
Only one was the Pallas, I was in it the other night and the laser turrets seemed pretty weak, but overall that vehicle with say a centaur friend would be pretty devastating with its powerful artillery -- all the other MAS need line of sight.. Pallas can hide behind a hill.

For pallas, on maps it's good, it's *really* good. It seems like it needed a nerf. If the lasers are weak, so are the minotaurs. They are the same lasers ;)

You can always undeploy and use the seeking weapons if flyers are attacking you.
