GOG is infamous for selling copies of UT2004 like this. Return it ASAP and have them send another.

We don't ban all those but the first one is banned as several "bad actors" were caught violating rules with that key.

My UT from GOG too. You have to go to support and ask them to send you multiplayer key (tell them when you bought a game). I've got new key in 4 days.
