Anyone experiencing really bad lag recently? Seems like I have to aim an inch left or right from where the enemy actually is to hit them. Don't think it's on my end since every other game I play is unaffected.

The thing is it's really random so I don't think it's level based.

Which maps? Some of the more crazy maps, for example, KitchenSink, I get lag.

So a couple things:
There were some DDOS attacks on the server reported by hosting company back on the 19th. 4 specific direct attacks they've since blocked.

On Kitchensink its pretty bad with all the projectiles, as is MassD. Also on Kitchensink, if the Nexis Missle launcher spawns there's lag with the Nexis missle explodes (I think of it as map wide EMP pulse, so its a feature not a bug!)...this is what caused most of it last night.

But on the most part there might be network/server issues outside our control, hopefully it clears up or I will open a support ticket with our hosting company.

Yeah it seems like every couple of months or so we get slow downs for some reason. Not seeing any spikes on server cpu, so guessing network.
