Wouldn't mind the admins "fortifying" the election to force a underplayed, but still fun map every so often. I see a lot of the time, minus/dria/junk has most of the votes, but there is often a good map that gets some votes that never gets played since the sheep keep voting for the same maps. I find that, just like the shitty U.S election system, I can't vote for the map I actually want to play, I have to vote for whatever has the highest chance to win as to not play minus/dria/junk.
Yup... my voting process is:
1) Vote early (before current map is done) so people see it on the upper list right away. Possibly encouraging them to vote for it quickly. If it gets that initial boost it's far more likely to win.
2) Vote again at the last few seconds to help break a tie or encourage others to brigade.
So the one thing I couldn't figure was how to make the Energy Shield smaller when the core was smaller. On this map I don't think it matters, but when I was working on TittyTwister a smaller shield would have been nice, but I couldn't see a way to do it with recoding it.
In my case it was blocking shots.... I haven't messed with that map in a while, I had most of it worked out except for a few issues. Might be a fun one for me to revisit... although some say we don't need more DM maps...lol.

I changed it months ago, mainly just increased the respawn time on the 8/9 ion badgers... they respawned too fast ~15s you never got a chance to kill 8/9 unless the mega was already lined up.
