lol. I gave up on the ForcedVehicleFactory thing... easier to just edit maps...

Freeze/Freon flyer would be cool.

I can take a look at trick board, its just graphics colors, but it will need a new build/texture package.
That should be pretty quick.

Then a bunch of Randomizer edits to use new Link Vehicles.

The link tank with the lasers will be very good on artic and minus. The heavy? I wouldn't put it on desert though. I can already see kraken/link and mino/link wombos would be too powerful.

A couple of things:
- Check Damage on Ifrit, seems like its much higher than even firetank lately
- Remove Dodge on Boats.
- Odin a. Heal Points in the code b. remove self heal bug (Odin can still heal with turrets when it damages enemies -- it has vampire effect (mostly if its a purple beam it will heal itself, and usually not stack (Vampire tank being an exception).

Downtown, a few minor vehicle edits. Add Link Scorpion, maybe Tick Scorpion. Remove EONS scorps. Some glitch by the deemers.

Odin fixes on server:
- Score points for turrets healing occupied friendly vehicles (1pt /200)
- Beam Range 5500 (was 4000)
- Left in self healing but at greatly reduced rate.
Between extend beam range, and increased drain healing (was at 0.8 multiplier now at 1.0), I don't think it really needs self heal, but its fun and several like it, so I think its a good trade off.

Boats 2.31
Removed Dodge (sorry guys, but having boats dodge right and left is just dumb.)
Lowered Minigun Damage, its slightly better than a badger.
Added some health (to compensate for lack of dodge)

Yeah anything having to do with water physics in a game this old is just kind of odd.

They actually did a pretty decent job on the water physics, IMO, for a 2004 game. The water has its own physics, and characteristics (drowning, possible vehicle damage, slow down, swimming players etc.).

I think the boats will do pretty well now. The Dodge thing just wasn't right for a boat, really IMO any vehicle. Imagine a Manta that can dodge AND jump. It would just be too hard to kill. Now it was some pretty cool code they used to make it dodge. Hmm.. Maybe the flight pods could dodge...but that would be about it.

So Downtown-XL:

I know there were calls to remove the Odin, but I think it should stay. Maybe switch it to the core and move Heavy Tank to the far node. But the Odin should be easily countered there's 2 deemers, 2 back pack nukes, and 2 kegowhoopass plus the odin isn't exactly nimble. Its deadly in the forward fire arc, but other than that its pretty easy to hit. Grab a board, grab a nuke, grab the keg = boom.

Now you can counter with the Link Scorpion linking it to keep it alive, and such, but its no where near mino on minus level...especially since there isn't any "across the map" shooting lanes.
