New version! UTCompOmni_1.64.zip

Changes
- Some fixes for unreg issue after the first round. Not sure if they will work or cause problems. I put them behind a config value 'bEndOfRoundNetcodeFix' so if it causes problems we can turn it off.

This is on the server.

So I noticed a few more ghosts...not a big deal.

I did crash once, at end of round

And the server did some odd behavior during one end of match... it seemed disconnect/reconnect all of us during the voting, like when it crashes, but didn't go to MB went back to the old map core, then the vote won and it continued.

I haven't tried to see if its there in the log. yet.

Log isn't there.. should have grabbed it last night but I was sleep deprived. (Server only keeps current and current -1).

I have the log from that connect/disconnect issue. I uploaded it to the server as server_log_9_30_2023.log if you want to check it out. It's pretty huge, I wonder if that is what caused the weird connect/disconnect, too much log spamming, that's why I pushed the new fix right away.

I'm not sure why that would cause the connect/disconnect issue though. It's focused around the RoundEnded state (not GameEnded ).

I also uploaded to the omni github but there are a few commits combined in that upload.

I think so far it only happened once...so maybe it was just a one time glitch.

I noticed that standalone weapon spawners as of recently are not spawning weapons. Missing in Tyrant and RedPlanet are the SSRs, and in RapaNui and Trench the Strike Painters. I'm guessing this is UTComp related, but if not, I apologize.

I'm not sure what in UTComp would do that. SSR has worked for a while and none of the recent changes would have broken that. Even the team color weapon changes do not affect SSR. Maybe re-adding warmup mode broke it. I'll check when I have time. I don't think anything in UTComp would affect the strike painters.

Existing Strike painters get replaced with the OmniPainters package.
Normal Painter = OmniIonPainter
Old Ion Painter = OmniIonPainter
Strike Painter = OmniStrikePainter
(They all have increased painting range to 20000 (same as basic lasers), damage is the same)

That seems to working, used Painters on Dria-Rando last night...

Just for the DM players...j/k but nope didn't mess with them. 64-bit bug?
