Voice chat is NOT recorded, unless someone does it via client.

And it is the internet, if you chat/talk online there's always the possibility of it being recorded by a client. There's no "expectation of privacy". If there were to be any questionable (legal) activity, I'd have no issue with reporting it -- but we haven't had any.

Yeah, I think it's not needed either now. If somebody doesn't like that they were recorded and used as a funny zound then it can always be removed if requested.

Updated Zound config to reduce spamming.
For you repeat spammers...delayeach, means your second sound is delayed by 2s, third by 4s, fourth 6s, fifth by 8s.
You get 15 sounds per match.
Same sound can't be played (by any player) more frequently than 10s

Hopefully that curtails too much rabid zound spamming.

I can dial it back some, but we've had a few who found it fun to just repeat the same sound over and over during whole match.
