I got most of them, but not sure I got them all how you wanted them!

If you'd like to try yourself, my process is

1. open youtube
2. open audacity
3. click record in audacity
4. click play in youtube
5. click stop in audacity when needed
6. select all in audacity
7. Menu -> Tracks -> Merge Stereo to Mono
8. Effects -> amplify -> Make sure 'allow' clipping is checked -> amplify to ~ 2.5+ decibels over suggested value

Sometimes I'll record a long clip in audacity, then select only the part I want. Click copy, then go to Menu -> File -> New, then paste in what I copied. Then do File -> Export -> Export as WAV

On the server. Server needs a restart, but there's someone playing at the moment. I'll restart it before tonight.

I see the new zounds in the list, but nothing plays when I click them. I tried rebooting (nobody was on) but still no sound.

Should work now. I had to reupload the UT2004.ini file... for some reason if you restart via NFO, after uploading UT2004.ini while server is up, it "restores" the older ini file sometimes. So it was missing serverpackage for Zounds10 (I combined both 10 and 11 into 10).
