Iraq is UTC+3 which I believe is 23:00 / 11pm Germany (UTC+2).
Iran is UTC+3:30 (weird!)

Been trying to get some players together, hopefully we will have a nice crowd. I also asked WorldIsMental, who is from India, if he can join the test. He has a ping around 200 on CEONSS. He hopped onto the Imp)o(ster server right away and said it feels perfect to play on it, but of course that was with only 2 players and 4 bots.
