Starbolt 2.4 -Range Back to 20000. Laser will need some display tweaks, but it will play like it did before.

ONS-MassDestructi)o(nWideSpread-V24 -Replaced Kraken with Tiamat, Pallas with DarkLevi, Mobreaker with Shocker. Idea without the 10000hp Kraken, a bit less spammy-- tiamat much easier to kill.
