It's already patched with ECE/3369, as well as OpenSpy master server with "Standard Servers Only" checkbox unticked to show non-standard servers like Omni ONS.
The archive also contains UT2004.reg which you must edit to add your CD key (edit with Notepad, replace X-X-X-X with your CD key, save then double click to run). Once you've added it to the registry, the game will run. You can get a CD key from Ebay if you don't have one; this is not warez, the game will not run without a valid CD key.
