Fire manta

Primary fire shoots a smaller version without smoke cloud. It sets things on fire. I increased its fire rate a while ago, repeated fire does decent amount of damage. I use it for hitting a node so they can't spawn without incurring the long wait on the alt-fire...helpful if you miss you can fire again quickly....
