The real issue is the one node layout that chokes at 3. There should be two, if not three paths to the core. There's far too many vehicles for anything less. That way if the campers want to camp the top at 3 great, just go around them, but 3 makes a good cutoff node.

No, I don't think we need vehicles up there, kind of what makes the map a bit unique.. got a DM mini map inside it.

I changed the node layouts a bit. I got rid of the one that had 3 as the choke point... ie you had to take three and it was the only way to the cores.

Hopefully the two I changed will play a little bit better.

Seems a little better... 3 was still a crucial node on one of the layouts though, connected to node 10, a primary. Once we locked 3 it was over, you can just suppress 10 from 3.

I think it's just the nature of this map, you can hit a bunch of nodes and most of the map from 3. Whichever team has more of the better DM players will typically dominate the top middle and control the map.

Yes seemed like it played better. 3 was still key...but enough other areas to push that it isn't the only point to fight over.

Changes:
-Replaced the Perses with the Pallas, at least until a fixed version of the Perses is made to prevent crashes. The Pallas has only 10k hp compared to the 25k hp Perses. If for some reason the Pallas crashes (no idea if its artillery script is bugged the same way the Perses is), then I'll replace it with a Hospitaler
-Replaced the Novas with the fixed versions that shouldn't crash.
-Removed all instances of leftover myLevel vehicles from the non-randomizer version of Tek that were still being imported despite not actually being used. This should hopefully lessen the memory usage of the map and might explain why this map crashes since it has duplicate imports (eg. myLevel.badger and CSBadgerFix.badger). I'm wondering if this might also be the case to why Minus-KitchenSink crashes.
-Increased the respawn time of all fliers by 50%. They now are on a 45s respawn timer.
-Added a flare raptor to the core so that way there are two forced fliers at the core. It spawns next to the link nuke.

Might not be a bad change. Shields good for defending a node, and seats 8/9 have twin beams to kill that pesky falcon.

I put the Perses back in V11. We played Tek multiple times over the past week without it crashing (minus Enyo's potato pc, but no one else crashed) and the Perses was completely fine, and the Perses seems to not cause issues on other maps like DJY, I think the one crash happened due to someone doing something weird with the artillery that normally doesn't come up. I did reduce its hp to 20k, so it only has 5k more than the 15k default.

I want to avoid the other levis since it will devolve into a deluxe KOA campground, where a deployed levi would make it near impossible to push.

Enyo made a good point about the respawn times being too fast for the fliers on this map, so I'm bumping the falcons and predators to 1 minute, and flare raptors and wasps to 45s.
